Ubuntu in 100MB. Yes awesome isn't it. Its minimum OS which is very useful. I dont need a UI when I use ubuntu on a VM. This make VM run fast and less memory consumption. This documentation contains great intro to jeos & how to install VMware tools on jeos. Great!!!

Here is a great detailed tutorial on setting up SSH for a windows machine. I was trying to setup a complex setup where ubuntu runs on a VM inside a windows xp box. I was trying to boot the VM by ssh into the windows. Have to try & see how it goes.
