Description:

Hilarious. .NET magazine had an article related to the whole HTML 5/2022 thing, wherein they quoted me a few times. But they didn't stop there -- they included an editorial cartoon of me, on my deathbed, still trying to "serve fucking clients," as HTML 5 is completed. Hah.

Thanks to Travis Schmeisser from our favorite competitors, nGen Works, for hooking me up with the scan. See you next week, man. :)

Very funny. Either they have no idea what you look like, or they think you'll gain 180 pounds over the next 14 years.

I can't help but notice the two button trackpad. So sad that future Jeff is a Windows user.

@JB I'm really curious who the illustrator is -- wanted to give him/her credit, but I couldn't make it out in the scan. If anyone knows, lemme know!

@jimray: How do you know Apple doesn't, in the future, finally go two-button?! Huh?!

Looks to me like it says "Tom Hughes" as illustrator. His website includes a much cleaner version of the image. I also like this one of the Ricky Gervais podcast
